MAME Cabinets

  • Arcade 1.0 - Click for a photo gallery of my first MAME buildup. It was a Gauntlet II machine that had been made over into a tacky "V-Ball" cab with purple laminate pasted on the sides. After $700 and 6 months of work, it looked pretty good. Ended up selling it to a friend in 2004 before heading out to Europe.
  • Arcade 2.0 ( "VersuS" ) ***Updated!***  - Here is the photo gallery for my second MAME buildup. This time, I bought a busted MK3 machine or $50. A full "blog" can be found over at BYOAC.com. Click here to view the Excel spreadsheet I used to track my expenses. It helps to have it around to refer back to incase I need to re-order a part or I want to know if another vendor has a better deal.
